This anti-static grid fabric is made from 98% polyester + 2% carbon fiber, delivering friction voltage consistently below 100V – significantly outperforming standard anti-static materials and meeting stringent ESD safety requirements.
The carbon-infused grid structure (100D, 165×80 threads/cm, 113±3 g/m²) ensures superior electrostatic dissipation. The fabric also features a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing protected by a release liner (peel paper) – simply peel and stick to any clean surface without extra glue. The 0.5cm open grid allows high airflow with Class 3 particle filtration, and offers dustproof, skin-friendly, and breathable properties.
